What are the signs of arthritis and is it preventable?

I had a serious accident 10 years ago and my hip fractured in several places and had to undergo major surgery. The doctor told me I'd be more suceptable arthritis. I am now 32 and have been to have been a few years or if the pain in my arms and legs, but only at night when I'm sleeping. Is this the beginning of arthritis? What are the signs? Thank you!

One of the signs of arthritis, is when you have pain when they know that time will change, like when it rains. Rigidity, as cold weather can also be a symptom of arthritis. Some people notice their pain worse during the day and others during the night. This can often equal in time as well. Sometimes, swelling and redness can be symptoms of arthritis. As for how to prevent once it starts the only thing that can be done is to minimize the amount of pain medication and other forms of treatment and sometimes the year. Sometimes the pain in the muscles may be a sign of arthritis too. When I started I did not have the classic symptoms of arthritis. My problem is muscular pain in my thigh. Whenever my arthritis acts and I know it's gonna be a rocket bad I often feel it in my thigh first and a way I'll know when I start to feel a burning sensation in this area and then the pain comes later.
